1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Kevin Manogarane, sole trader (SIREN 992 960 054), reachable at contact@diat-app.com.
2. Data collected
Account data (email, name), nutritional and health data you enter (meals, weight, goals, activities), meal photos, and technical connection data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to provide the Service (performance of the contract), manage your subscription and improve your experience. Health-related data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.
4. Recipients and processors
Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Stripe (payment processing) and Google (AI meal analysis via Gemini). Your data is never sold.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept as long as your account is active, then deleted within 12 months after account closure.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object. You can delete your account and your data directly from the app. For any request: contact@diat-app.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (CNIL in France).
7. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. Audience measurement is done in-house, with no cookie, no IP address and no third-party tool: a random identifier lives for the lifetime of the tab and disappears when you close it. If you sign in, your session is kept in your browser's local storage, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No consent is therefore required and there is no banner to accept.
