1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the DIAT website and app (the “Service”), published by Kevin Manogarane, sole trader (SIREN 992 960 054). By using the Service, you accept these Terms.
2. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible via the website and the PWA app. Some features require an account and/or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. User account
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from your personal area (GDPR-compliant deletion).
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law and not to impair its proper functioning. DIAT provides nutritional estimates for informational purposes (see the Medical disclaimer).
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service (brand, design, code, content) are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited. Nutritional data comes from the Ciqual (ANSES) database.
6. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. DIAT cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the information provided. The Service does not constitute medical advice.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. DIAT reserves the right to suspend an account in case of breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
