Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to the DIAT Service between Kevin Manogarane, sole trader (SIREN 992 960 054), and any consumer customer.

2. Plans and pricing

DIAT offers a monthly subscription at €4.99 and an annual subscription at €49.90 (2 months free). The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial; the monthly subscription has no trial and is charged on subscription. Prices are shown inclusive of tax and subject to change; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of subscription.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscription is done online. Payment is processed securely by our provider Stripe; DIAT does not store any card data. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access to the digital Service, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your express consent.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is due for the period started, unless required by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to conventional mediation or the European online dispute resolution platform.
