DIAT for strength and conditioning coaches

Across a season, an unintended deficit does more damage than a bad programme. Provided you see it coming. DIAT holds intake, expenditure and weight over time, with a daily effort the athlete can actually sustain.

What your athletes get

  • Measured expenditure, not an activity coefficient. DIAT adjusts estimated expenditure to what the athlete actually does, and changes nothing without their agreement.
  • The micronutrients of a restrictive diet: iron, magnesium, vitamin D, omega-3, the ones that drop first when intake falls.
  • A weight history synced with Apple Health, readable as a trend rather than a single weigh-in.

What it changes for you

  • Under-fuelling shows before the injury, not after, because it leaves a trace in the log.
  • Logging effort drops, so the record survives competition periods, which are exactly the ones that matter.
  • Recurring earnings if you recommend DIAT, through the partner programme.

Recommending DIAT to your clients

The partner programme provides recurring earnings. Applying takes two minutes, and the detailed terms are shared with you on acceptance.

FAQ

Can I follow several athletes from one account?

No. Each athlete has their own account and data, and DIAT opens no third-party view onto it. Squad-level tracking doesn't exist today.

How is expenditure estimated?

The starting point is basal rate via the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, multiplied by an activity level. DIAT then compares that estimate with the active energy actually recorded and suggests an adjustment, bounded relative to basal rate. The adjustment is never applied without confirmation.

Is the app available in several languages?

Yes, the interface exists in 15 languages, Arabic included. The food database and recipes are in French and English.
