- Venison steak, raw260 g
- Red cabbage, raw300 g
- Lingonberries, raw50 g
- Rapeseed oil1 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar1 tbsp

Finely shred the red cabbage and slice the venison steak into thin strips.

Sweat the red cabbage in a pan with half the oil and a splash of water for 10 minutes.
