- Whiting (or hake) fillet, raw250 g
- Pak choi cabbage, raw300 g
- Tamari soy sauce1.5 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Ginger, raw root10 g

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and slice the pak choi cabbages in half lengthwise.

Place the pak choi in the center of a large piece of parchment paper and top with the whiting fillets.

Scatter grated ginger on top, then drizzle with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
